ADSL24
A once great ISP, ADSL24 has now dragged most of its users to the same depths of terrible service and despair enjoyed by those who use the likes of AOL, BT, O2 etc.
Thanks to Entanet's massive mismanagement of its recently introduced traffic shaping programe, you can now expect no more than 0.5MB download speed during peak hours at the weekend.
Any service issues raised to ADSL24 through its website, which used to be answered properly within 24 hours, are now sent directly to the same Mumbai curry house used by AOL, and answered with irrelevent one line "cut and paste" responses from a script by people who clearly have no idea what they're talking about.
Expect no levels of service from ADSL24 or Entanet anymore. Avoid like the plague.
