ADSL24

I moved to ADSL24 as they seemed to be one of the largest Enta reseller.

They, unfortunately did not even manage to get my migration correct and I had to chase this on-line (and when this was ignored) by calling them at various times.
They then turned round and said it was not their fault or resposibility to chase mac migrations (Enta state that is their role).

I then had them for 7 days before receiving a mail saying I had no payment method set up and that I would be cut off if I did not set one up (I did have one).
I replied back, I wrote an online ticket and I tried to call to speak to them and all were ignored and I was cut off.

Enta said that ADSL 24 were at fault.
I re-contacted ADSL24 via Enta (as I could not get trough to ADSL24) and a manager there had NO interest in my problems and said they have more than enough customers... I asked him to send me a mail confirming what had gone wrong and to assure me that it would not go wrong again and he promised he would. Funnily enough, he did not send an e-mail.

Poor in the extreme..
