I 've been their customer for a number of years.
Until a few weeks ago, I 've been satisfied.
Suddenly, however, the transmission speed dropped significantly. I have sent them numerous e-mails - to no avail....not even an acknowlegement.
On reading reviews on this site, I have concluded that it is time to say goodbye to them.
Two points that have been raised by other reviewers concern me somewhat:
1. difficulty in getting MAC codes from them.
2. their failure to stop extracting payments from accounts when instructed to do so.
Both of these are criminal offences. They should be charged accordingly.
