I'm with virgin for about one and half year, I usually don't download much.. almost nothing except regular browsing and stuff, but from time to time I need to dl a large amount of data and I would like it fast (i got 20mbps line for that) when I need to do so... you will be suprised how fast your connection will be screwed.. when I tried to dl about 20GB of data I soon figured out that it won't be so fast as it could be. My speed dropped to almost dialup speeds at one moment, and is still kinda broken from that time. Sometimes it looks ok, a few hours later I can't even watch youtube. horrible experience really...
Why would they offer 20 or 50 mbps connections when you can't use it when needed? and when you do they will fine you!
not to mention that I didn't want a phone line and TV but since they give you worst price when you get internet only than when you get the whole package it's really unfair pricing!
Never again... I hope to switch or move house soon so I can get something better.
