BE Broadband

I have been with Be now for about a month and the service has been great.

I ordered Friday night and the router arrived on the following Tuesday morning. The next day the broadband was activated and working perfectly. The best part is they send you text messages and emails keeping you informed of the progress every step of the way!

Since signing up I had about 12 hours downtime, but that was due to vandalism at the exchange and affected the whole town, so Be* can't really be held responsible.

I have since referred both of my wifes parents who are now getting 8meg speeds for just £8 a month, while I enjoy 22meg and unlimited downloads.

I spoke to their support department once to place my order, and while the call center is abroad they were polite and resolved issues very quickly. Support tickets are normally answered within a couple of hours and again, they send you txt messages to tell you they have updated your ticket!

I literally can't think of anything that I would fault about Be* - for me at least, they are the perfect ISP.
