Title: Fantastic service and customer support
I needed to change providers and looking at the options available I decided to deviate from the norm....I'm glad I did!
For both phone and internet, not only has it been cost effective but a very smooth transition with excellent customer support (UK based help line and straight through to a real person, no automated answering system!).
I occasionally work from home and I haven't experienced any issues with bandwidth or connecting multiple devices via wifi simultaneously.
I will most definitely be recommending cloudscape to friends and family.
