I signed up to Origin Broadband in March and feel now I can share my time with them.
When I first called them I wanted to confirm a few details with the packages, pricing etc. I didn't purchase right away as I like to shop around. I asked if I could be emailed afterwards so I could compare later down the line, they were happy to do this and as the other reviewer mentions, they weren't pushy at all.
Once I decided to go ahead I was passed back to the original adviser who I had spoken to. This made the call abit easier, since then he has become my own personal account manager and till this day we still email if I have any questions.

I was with the post office until their prices jumped up a little. Speed was my main concern as I was locked "upto" 8mb, Thankfully I'm hitting 13.2 mb which may not seem much, however it goes to show without traffic management what your line can achieve.
Since then my connection has been great alongside the level of service. I'm very happy I decided to help the smaller guy and feel valued as a customer.
Let's just hope it stays that way!
