We moved to AAISP after struggling with intermittent connections from BT (FTTC).

Initially we tried a local WISP company but their prices were not justifiable given the limited bandwidth available.

For some reason, when we initially ordered from AAISP, BT decided to cancel our new line orders. AAISP's sales team did all of the work in getting this resolved - requiring not work/time from us.

Then we had an issue with the primary line on our Office::1 connection due to poor installation (confirmed by a second BT engineer). Again, AAISP did all of the work and dealt with BT for us. We simply provided access to the BT engineer and AAISP did everything else.

We have found AAISP to be excellent throughout the order and after sales process. The connection's failover ability means I no longer have to worry about failed connections in the middle of the night.

I really can't recommend them highly enough.
