Title: One rubbish provider to another.
Where to start with this bunch of muppets.

Joined at the start of 2015 after my first choice of is provider after I moved and they failed to get the line connected. Origin sent me a router that had been used and had someone else's details on. I was not amused.

Weeks of trying to convince them of this and get a new one sent out as this was having constant issues, probably why it was used!

Once I had the new unused router, I had some normality for about a month and then constant line drops, speed issues, network outages and whatever else they wanted to blame.

They are odd in that they don't setup your account unless you ask them, I've never received an invoice but they still take the money each month without fail or notice. Not even sure I want an account as they've moved their site to France and completely binned their forums where other people had the same issues. Manner on the phones is very strange too and it's like they're your mate instead of a semiprofessional company. Some really derogatory things said in the background while waiting for the engineer to test my line.

Moving forward to now, my connection has been down for a week. Nothing has been done and they're blaming bt but my neighbours on plus net sky talk talk don't have a problem. Out of desperation I called plus net who seem to be the underlying provider and they said it was easily identifiable but they had no requests from origin, but origin deny this completely yet still have not resolved it. Think this comes down to training or engineer ability.

I'd not recommend these people and now am migrating to another provider.

Services is 0 because I don't even have an account login despite asking, support is rubbish so 0, speed again 0 as I have none and value is a bit better due to pricing but they'll be refunding me for all the losses soon so thats the only reason why although they don't know yet.

Steer clear if you value any world of sanity or normality
