I recently had fibre come to town after struggling with 8meg only for so long.
I found origin broadband and price really interested me and also they were able to offer flexiblity on a different billing address to the install address.
I email sales team at 4am in the morning while suffering jet lag and I had reply in 30mins and then back and fourth from there..
Install was quick and smooth and currently enjoy 70meg plus of pure downloading speed..
Had a small problem today and emailed support, had a reply in 10mins, phone call after 15mins and then a fix within 30mins - and Nathan waited on the phone to check I was sorted.. he also told me this support was 24/7...
I know they have their problems but as a New customer I can't fault them.. but I will be back if you let it slip... !
