Weatherlawyer: I do hope you realize that 'Virgin mobile' is ONLY to do with mobile phones, It is 'virgin Media' that does the internet...
Would you go to a large department store about a problem with cookware you bought, and complain to the bedroom section, due to it being the closest to the entrance??? :)
BTW if you are using your MOBILE PHONE for internet, that is a good speed, or there is something wrong with thinkbroadband!

If you think internet is too expensive for you then change to another... you MAY find a good cheap one, until something goes wrong, and you realize they do not spend money on other things, like good support, good equipment etc... and be stuck in another contract!

either way, how many 'middlemen' do you want to deal with, slowing down getting you internet working again??? most are just using a bt line, so it will take twice as long while BT takes its time to bother to talk to your chosen ISP...
