Well had their service over 12 months, provided by plusnet in my area for Origin.
Had several cut outs in that time, sent engineer once saying if my equipment I would have to pay!. Played phone line on loud speaker full of crackles when engineer came. He tested socket then went to check street cabinet and line. Blamed fault on squirrel damage at street post! ( he admitted terminals crumbling at post box when I said squirrel! Doubtingly ). After 12 months had terrible low speed, 360mbps and drop outs. With hints of " I know it sounds like sales pitch but you asdl line is to slow and fibre is only couple pounds more !".
Sheer bollocks I am being agrresively throattaled down though they deny it.
How do I know?
Netflix at 720 plays no problem ( shows they prioratise feed ) I get no buffering. Oddly my line copes with these speeds.
Try using other online video servicesget buffering.
Use a secure free VPN and videos play no problem, even 1080p.
Bugger all wrong with my line ability, service provider is aggresively throttling my asdl to push fibre broadband sales.
Nothing but scam merchants.
