A word of warning regards this isp. If you are going to choose their option of paying up front for a year or 2 years ensure you know what happens if they fold. You will lose all your money and connectivity. These deals are not designed to help us but to help them.
My experience has been a poor one but throughout all the faults and no communication apart from constantly blaming it on BT they continually try and upgrade me to fibre and pay up front for the year. This made me suspicious so i checked companies house where info is freely available. I recommend you all do the same. It doesnt make good reading
