Title: Excellent Customer Service
I decided to switch from Sky as their prices were too high. I seen Origin on comparison site and thought I would give them a go considering they were £10 a month cheaper then Sky. I placed the order on 5th Feb 2017. Sky switched their services off on Friday 17th and as promised from Origin my line was back on Monday 20th. Unfortunately I hadn't received my router on the Monday. I gave them a call and got through straight away. They apologised and I received the router Tuesday morning at 8AM via Parcel Force. I wasn't expecting it that quick. It was easy to set up and my speeds are 3mb faster than Sky! So far so good and I'm happy. Excellent.
