	Vispa	I first signed up for Vispa’s broadband back in 2007 and ever since I have never had any issues that would cause me to up-root and leave. My speeds are perfect but they did slow down in Jan/Feb but I soon learned this was because they were due an upgrade.		April 17th, 2010
