Customer service is limited to office hours of 9-5 via phone, the time when most of us are busy at work.
Outside of these hour you have to email them, which is ridiculous as you normally only need to contact your customer service when there is an issue with your internet..... Well thought out that was!
Often found that our service went through periodic stoppages, had to pay to join up in the first place, then you have to pay over £20 to LEAVE the service because of their terrible service!
They refused to offer me a MAC code until I told them who I was going to!
All in all, terrible service.

Edit : At the request of ISPReview Editor-In-Chief, I have agreed to come back and correct the telephone support service which I incorrectly stated was 9-5, Infact the operating times for their telephone support service is only at 10-5.
Since writing the above review, Xilo's employee, Matt, has complained to ISPreview, offering incorrect information, giving out fake information about recent customers that left, and actually mistaking one customer for myself. I have shown screen shots to ISP review to back up my review and hence my review has been accepted as legit.
This experience just further shows how poor the customer service is, and Matt + Co need to accept negative comments as well as compliments and stop acting childish.
