Moved to Xilo a couple of weeks ago having suffered appalling service from both BT and Tiscali/Talk Talk. I am delighted so far. My line supports up to 7MB and I live in a rural area (just under 400 users on the exchange). For the last eighteen months we've had problems with slow speeds (averaging a measly 0.5MB). Have spent the entire time banging my head on a brick wall with Tiscali/Talk Talk - becoming more and more frustrated and getting nowhere. Since moving to Xilo my broadband speed is consistently over 6MB. Any general queries I have had so far have been answered amazingly fast. Fab service!! Would highly recommend.

I spent 18 months with Tiscali/Talk Talk. The broadband service and customer service were both utterly appalling. My line supports up to 7MB. I spent countless hours banging my head on a brick wall and becoming more and more frustrated. Have heard excuse after excuse - a different one each time I contacted them. I honestly cannot emphasise how bad they've been. Finally saw sense and migrated to Xilo two weeks ago. What a breath of fresh air! The changeover was seamless, every query I've had has been answered super-fast and my broadband speed is consistently over 6MB. Wish I'd made the move a long time ago. Talk Talk advised me the issue was at the exchange and if I moved I'd have the same problems with my new ISP. Hmmmmm......!
