As the previous reviewer has said, they are atrocious.
Botched up set up, no user name supplied or password. Then told that my router won't work. New router sent only to not arrive. Finally router arrives but I still can't get online. Day 5 without internet.
I HAVE SPENT 557 minutes trying to speak to tech support this week to get my problem resolved.
On average I spent one hour waiting to speak to a member of straff.
Do not go with these people, despite not delivering the services they want to charge a termination fee.
It is impossible to get through to someone to help and I do not believe one word that comes out of their mouths in regards to fixing the problem.
Customer services useless as they don't seem willing to offer even a good will gesture for inconvenience caused.
