Boss signed us up at work. took most of the day to get a working connection - the router came "preconfigured" - except the details were completely wrong.
We had a user name but no password in the welcome letter; finally found the password in a different email sent later - but not easy when you dont actually HAVE internet access!!
We got exactly what I expected from the help desk - a labyrinth of "for x press 1, for y press 2 " and an estimated 45 minute wait (hung up after nearly an hour on hold).
I am sorry PN, but if you VALUE your customers, you dont keep them on hold, listening to scratchy recordings of 1980s music all day.
When we finally got a connection it seemed very slow, Speedtest.net gave nearly 10Mb, but the BBC News website took forever to load, so I have to wonder if PN are gaming the speedtests.
Value - I dont care how cheap it is, if you cant get the support you need WHEN you need it, it is a worthless service.
