The UK Internet Service Providers Association ( ISPA ) has officially revealed the finalists for its 11th Annual UK Internet Industry Awards for 2009. The announcement follows three months of entrant testing by ISPA's technical testing partners, Epitiro. Despite the Dial-Up category being a bit redundant these days, there doesn’t appear to be any major surprises in the shortlist.
