The annual PC Pro Awards took place last night at London's Hurlingham Club, which saw UK broadband ISP Zen Internet winning yet another "Best ISP" gong for 2009. Zen has been named PC Pro "Best ISP" for the past five years and also recently won its 8th Best Buy label from consumer magazine Which?.

I suppose we should remind readers that they also came near the top in PC Advisor's 2009 UK Broadband Survey, which rated them with 94.5% for overall satisfaction. They may not be the cheapest but they do seem able to maintain their quality. Elsewhere DrayTek won the best wireless router award and Memset took the gong for best web host.

I'd just like to say a big thank you once again to all of Zen's customers who took the time to complete the very comprehensive PC Pro Survey that won us the Best ISP award for the 6th year running last night.

The PC Pro awards are testament to the levels of customer service, technical support and product reliability that Zen customers have come to expect and clearly highlights the continuing and sustained level of performance that we aim to deliver.

It is our customers input and open and honest feedback that helps us to achieve all this and goes a long way to highlight all the hard work and effort that Zen and my colleagues in the business strive to achieve on behalf of our customers.

Thank You
