Mobile operator O2 UK has quietly killed off its 10GB usage allowance Mobile Broadband package, which had cost just less than £30 per month, came with a free USB Modem (Dongle) and Unlimited Wi-Fi. The operator apparently wants to focus on encouraging light-medium users instead. The move leaves Three (3) and Orange as the only operators with high usage packages.. Three (3) .However, as a consolation prize, O2 are offering 3 MONTHS FREE service on all of their 18 month contract packages.

mmmm, the sheer cost involved with providing the high usage packages on a 3G network i fail to see where they can make money, seems like a wise move from O2, many small users will make much more money they are running a business after all.
