The service offers download speeds of 'up to' 24Mbps (1.3Mbps upload), a 1 month contract period, FREE activation/migration and truly unlimited downloading without shaping.

Actually most if not all C&W LLU providers can dedicate 16Mbps per customer (5.25TB).

Well you can get the 24Mbps C&W LLU service on ADSL24 for £19.49 on 1 month contracts
