t-mobile ukMobile operator T-Mobile has announced that from 1st April 2010, for a limited time only, new customers can get over 50% off mobile broadband Pay As You Go (PAYG) USB sticks ("only £8.99") when bought with a £10 top up.

The operators "Pay Per Day" (PAYG) service will now cost £8.99 for the USB Stick / Modem / Dongle and comes with an initial £10 top-up, though confusingly you still have to pay for your first top-up (£2 a day, £7 a week or £15 a month) before getting the "30 days of FREE unlimited internet browsing".

Customers pay for access rather than usage, as per the above top-up's, although a 2GB monthly usage allowance does apply. However unlike other operators T-Mobile does not charge extra when you exceed the limit, though service performance will be slashed.
