Anyone further info on the "unlimted" downloads or rather the FUP?

At first glance it doesnt apppear a bad deal

When I use their line checker it returns:-
"You can get Tesco Broadband. Unfortunately as you are outside our network area, we can't offer you our Broadband, Calls and Line Rental packages just yet"

I dont live in the Shetlands but Suffolk, so who operates their network ?
Is it O2 who runs their mobile service ?

I THINK (Not entirely sure) when they refer to "our" network that means its more than likely a resold LLU product, in which case it is probably C&W or CPW based.

You can check your exchange at...
http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange_search

If either of those are not available at your exchange then that is probably why their "package" deals are not available to you.

Their mobile product i believe is based on/delivered over O2s network, LANDLINE products AFAIK are NOT delivered via O2 infrastructure though.
