Listing Submission & Changes

Please use this section for either submitting a previously unlisted ISP to our database or updating the details of an existing (listed) service. It's very important that you check every associated list on our site before making a new submission as your service may already be included (Check Listings).

IMPORTANT: We're a spare-time project and it may take us a few weeks to clear your entry, thus if you have a new service or package to announce then we'd suggest an additional and separate submission of a press release to our 'Press Contacts' e-mail address.

Listing Submission:

If you wish to have your ISP added to our listings then please conduct the following steps. NOTE: If you simply wish to update an existing entry then send a normal e-mail to the address below with the appropriate correction, the rest is not required.
1) Select the 'ISP Submission' address from our 'Contacts' page to start the E-Mail process.

2) In the Subject box type 'LIST: ISPNAME' (ISPNAME = your Internet Service Providers name).

3) Then in the message portion you need to add the following details, with the least possible rambling as it makes things quicker.

  • ISP Name:
  • ISP URL:
  • ISPA Member: (Yes/No)
  • Ofcom ADR Complaints Handler: (CISAS/OTELO, requirement for all UK ISPs)
  • Residential Services - inc. costs:
  • vISP/Reseller & Supplier: (Tell us if you're an independant ISP or vISP and whom supplies you.)
  • Any other details:
Rules: We may not list ISP's that fail to publish a legally required postal address (PO BOX's are not legal) and phone number on their website or don't reveal their Terms & Conditions (T&C's) prior to signup. We will not list ISPs that do not post public price and service package details on their website. We also expect all ISPs to follow proper and legally required Value Added Tax (VAT) rules, which means that you must clearly indicate whether VAT is being applied to a package or not on the page it is displayed.

In addition, ISPreview no longer reviews service providers itself, instead this is now done using a public 'Reader Reviews' service. In other words, your own customers will review you. ISPs intending to engage with our community (forum, review system) should read the Website Rules first.
