It's probably a little too early for me to pre-register, I have to wait over 3 years before BT finally gets around to my exchange.

Agrajag, not at all.

BT are yet to publish the exchange dates for when broadband 21CN switchover starts. The dates published on various sites are PSTN (voice) dates which can naturally be allowed to take time considering there is a working current voice network in place...ie: no rush to change.

Therefore, don't let these confuse you. BT should be making available, to the public, the dates during the next few weeks.
