As mentioned in my email to you before. We generally recommend that web hosting services are purchased from a dedicated web hosting provider and not an internet access provider as it links the two together in a way that might cause additional hassle when you want to switch broadband ISP. Plenty of ISPs do both but this really is one of those cases where it's better not to put all of your eggs in one basket.
If you do go with an ISP for both then make sure that you're using a domain like .co.uk which can be controlled externally and then moved away to a separate host/ISP if so required.
You can find a lot of simple email + domain only hosting around for very little money. Example..
