l actually think the scheme is a good idea.. there are too many ppl asking for it and they need to be educated.

Oh the scheme by the police is a good idea, cheaper and less work to prevent theft than do the work once it has happened ....... The money BT waste on "anti-theft" measures from that example of people they employ though... Not so much a good idea
They may have "smart" Water/dyes for copper now, too bad they have employees that are so stupid they may as well hand cabling out for free LOL
