"Downstream rate = 14659 Kbps"
Is about right for a 25.5db line

On ADSL2+ with an attenuation of 28db i got 19.5mbit with a target snr of 4db and fastpath, llu, You should be getting a little more than you are with a 6db, probably due to interleaving being on
Hi,
Thanks to all that have replied to my problem and given me new info and insight into the set up of a router. Also understanding the results a BIG thank you all.
Best regards Paul.
Pretty much what the others said. At best those stats will give you around 15-16Mbps connection or 13-14Mbps real-world speeds, so in reality what you get isn't far off and if you try to push more then I'd be worried about line stability. On the bright side you're still roughly twice the national average.
