That's a fantastic idea - we have two adopted cats and I reckon some of the adoption places could really win with a setup like this to show off all the pets wanting a home!

I was going to set a cam up on our bird feeders since we get some quite rare species here, with a separate 3G modem until someone pointed out how 3G works and I'd only be competing with myself for the upstream bandwidth :-)

The scene was somewhat absent of cats when I checked .

The cats are still noticeable by their absence

They were there in the early hours of this morning - four or five tabby kittens and the mother.

Think it's US based, so they might all still be in bed at the moment.

    Edit: I see a cat! At 14:46

The kittens were busy last night(the screen grab was taken shortly before I posted). As DTMark points out these are transatlantic moggies so allowances have to be made for local time.

    EDIT: From just now -

From what I can recall cats seem to be more awake at night than during the day, as testament to the fact that I never got any sleep at night either for all the "mew... mew..." / let me out noises . So I don't buy the transatlantic moggies excuse.

Now if somebody would just throw some real mice in there..
