Airbrushed out at a stroke are all our postings covering the bad, bad days Nov-Mar. Earlier today before the revamp I clocked Clive at 144 individual postings in response to 'problems', which are now reduced to 74. 70 posts in response to problems raised by an increasingly frustrated and angry user base have simply disappeared....
Bad news for anyone hoping to do an audit of the incompetancies of life at EzeeDsl over the last 5 months, especially those in receipt of or those about to receive solicitors letters. I also note that Clive has now instructed other members of his UK based Support staff to assist him with his heavy workload. Quote:

Friends - it's a buyers market. If you don't like ezeedsl's product, ask for a MAC and you'll get one within hours. Compare this with life as we knew it when V21 didn't pay its bills and sold out to bisicit, and then biscit didn't pay its bills and Netservices axed biscit as an unrecoverable loss. Get real. Stop complaining. Move on.
