Exclamation Ezee escape? Notice of change to T&C's

Just saw a post about this on another forum.

http://www.ezeedsl.co.uk/terms.shtml

This may be a opportunity to escape the contract without penalty!

I must say I would never have gone with these cowboys, even if I had been garden-walled rather than cut off. 6 weeks offline was a small price to pay. (Easy to say now I have Zen )

I too would have avoided them like the plague. I'd sooner pay for a second phone line rather than paying a company that gains customers using the ezee method. As it was I made sure my brother didn't sign-up with them, and he considers the prolonged outage was well worth it to be rid of them

Has anyone successfully got away from, or refused to accept the changes to T&Cs? I seem to remember a lot of talk about it, but nobody actually following through.

A few of us 'got away' - I even got my money back IN FULL!!!!

I'm with BT now - no problems so far (3 months). I only use the service at weekends but it's pretty reliable throughout Saturdays & Sundays - although there seem to be complaints on here from people about speeds.
