I will let the court know tomorrow. Scum bags, toe rags!!!

Lets face it... they will go bust before they pay me my money - I just know it

This lot should not be allowed to be trading still!!!!!

They could be in serious trouble now. By giving you a rubber cheque they could be deemed to be in contempt of court.

Lets ruddy hope so m8. I now wonder if the account has been cleared on purpose as a last minute effort to retrieve what they can. Guess if they file for bankruptcy, I don't get my money :-(

I will be keeping my eye on the headlines of this site (and thinkbroadband) as they are most likely to publish 'the news' first.

God help those customers still using them. They will be in for a rough ride!!! Best of luck to you all.

I would think more likely it has been cleared out by chargebacks and failure to bill all the correct (current) customers - judging by some of the other V21 threads. That or their bankers have an 'issue' with them

Hopefully the baliffs can get there while there is still time to seize some of their goods.

I Can't believe these people, I can't decide if they are completely dishonest or just completely stupid. ( or maybe both )

If you have a judgement you should have no problem getting the bailiffs in. But make sure you keep a bit for me.

I vote for "completely stupid" - on the grounds that they bought V21 in the first place

I think I vote stupid just for the sake of Hugh's claim of being "customer centric".

I'm not surprised, makes you wonder how much longer they will last.

One step forward two steps back

I wonder if those with eurisp will end up going through the same as netservices customers?
