Internet provider PlusNet Business has today reduced the price of their ‘up to’ 18Mbps unlimited broadband package to £3.50 +vat per month for the first 12 month contract (£15 thereafter), but you still need to pay £12.50 per month for line rental on top or £10.50 on a 24 month term.

UK ISP Plusnet has extended their 12 months free unlimited broadband (up to 17Mbps) promotion for new subscribers to last for a total of 18 months (£9.99 per month thereafter), although you still have to pay the usual line rental charge on top of that.

In a rare move the Rochdale-based ISP Zen Internet has slashed the cost of their ‘up to’ 17Mbps (ADSL2+) unlimited broadband service by offering the first six months of service for free (£16 per month thereafter), although line rental of £16.99 per month is still payable as per usual.

Mobile operator EE has slashed the price of their 4G SIM-Only Mobile Broadband data plan from £30 to £15 per month, which comes with 25GB (GigaBytes) of monthly allowance.

New customers looking to join BT may like to know that the ISP has cut the price of their unlimited home broadband (both ADSL and superfast FTTC) packages again and on top of that their 20GB BTMobile plan has been reduced from £20 to £16 per month for existing BT customers (£21 for non-BT subscribers).

As usual you also have to take the ISPs Phone Line Rental from £16.99 per month or the monthly equivalent of £15.49 when pre-paid for a year.
