{"id":10348,"date":"2015-10-14T14:24:47","date_gmt":"2015-10-14T13:24:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/?p=10348"},"modified":"2015-10-14T14:25:48","modified_gmt":"2015-10-14T13:25:48","slug":"zen-internet-giffgaff-and-three-uk-pickup-customer-experience-awards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/2015\/10\/zen-internet-giffgaff-and-three-uk-pickup-customer-experience-awards.html","title":{"rendered":"Zen Internet, Giffgaff and Three UK Pick-up Customer Experience Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Broadband and telecoms operators <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/link\/zen_internet\" target=\"_blank\">Zen Internet<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/giffgaffmobile\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Giffgaff<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/threeuk\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Three UK<\/a> have all recently picked up several gold (winner) and silver (runner-up) gongs at the annual <a href=\"http:\/\/c-x-a.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">UK Customer Experience Awards 2015<\/a> event.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Awards, which were recently handed out at London&#8217;s Park Plaza (Westminster Bridge) venue, are a little odd in that entrants have to pay a fee to be included for examination and are then scored using pre-determined criteria, with written Entries being assessed to provide short listed Finalists who then also make 15 minute presentations to a panel of Judges.<\/p>\n<p>In other words there appears to be very little in the way of independent consumer feedback involved, with the focus instead being more on the teams that work behind the scenes.
