According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theregister.co.uk\/2017\/12\/14\/ee_online_business_portal_down_for_eight_months\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Register<\/a>, the operator has at least promised to send customers their monthly bills &#8220;<em>free of charge<\/em>&#8221; (we assume they mean paper bills, which in today&#8217;s connected society often carries an extra cost).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bq1\"><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/eebroadband\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">EE<\/a>&#8217;s Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re working hard to make sure that you still get the best possible service during this period, but we are sorry for any inconvenience it causes.
