{"id":1999,"date":"2012-11-01T13:30:16","date_gmt":"2012-11-01T13:30:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/?p=1999"},"modified":"2012-11-01T13:40:52","modified_gmt":"2012-11-01T13:40:52","slug":"isp-allpay-expands-wireless-broadband-to-more-herefordshire-uk-villages","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/2012\/11\/isp-allpay-expands-wireless-broadband-to-more-herefordshire-uk-villages.html","title":{"rendered":"ISP Allpay Expands Wireless Broadband to More Herefordshire UK Villages"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.allpaybroadband.com\" target=\"_new\">Allpay Broadband<\/a>, a fixed wireless internet provider that specialises in deploying its broadband <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/link\/wifi\">wifi<\/a> service into rural areas by placing transmitters at the top of local churches, has announced that its service should soon be going live in the civil parish villages of <strong>Peterchurch<\/strong> and <strong>Garway<\/strong>; with more planned.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In fairness Allpay have been targeting Peterchurch, not to mention <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/story\/2011\/09\/16\/isp-allpay-expands-its-wifi-coverage-plans-for-herefordshire-and-shropshire-uk.html\" target=\"_blank\">several other villages<\/a> in the <strong>Golden Valley<\/strong> region of <strong>Herefordshire<\/strong>, for well over a year and freely admits that it\u2019s been a long time coming. But progress is finally being made and the network is already partially installed.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bq1\"><p><strong>An AllPay Spokesperson said:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>We know we\u2019ve been saying this for a while now but we are nearly there. We\u2019ve installed an access point in Peterchurch and we\u2019re just waiting to get approval from the relevant authorities to install in Garway before we can get both sites up and running, hopefully by the end of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">November<\/span>. We\u2019ll then be coming to the Golden Valley<\/em>!&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Once live locals can expect to receive broadband download speeds of up to <strong>35Mbps<\/strong> (Megabits per second), with prices starting at<strong> \u00a315 per month<\/strong> for a basic 2Mbps (0.5Mbps upload)\u00a0service and &#8220;<em>unlimited<\/em>&#8221; usage (Fair Usage Policy).
