If they fail then the operator will give away 3 months of connectivity for &#8220;<em>free<\/em>.&#8221;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>ITS&#8217; says their pledge is simple. Once an order is placed that meets the terms of the promise, the 15 consecutive working days install lead-time is triggered. ITS will not &#8220;<em>stop and restart the clock<\/em>&#8221; for any reason other than at the partners&#8217; or customers&#8217; request.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bq2\"><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> ITS&#8217; partners have access to all their &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/2020\/03\/its-launch-faster-britain-to-boost-gigabit-network-rollouts.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Faster Britain<\/strong><\/a>&#8221; networks as a layer 1 (dark fibre), layer 2 (wholesale), or as a layer 3 (internet) connection.<\/div>\n<p>The operator says that they&#8217;re able to do this because of their &#8220;<em>dig once<\/em>&#8221; approach, using public and private infrastructure where appropriate so as to avoid disruptive road digs and road works (i.e. only digging new trenches when absolutely necessary, while re-using existing infrastructure when viable).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bq1\"><p><strong>Philip Lee, Head of Wholesale at ITS, said:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our 15 working day pledge underpins our commitment to delivering connectivity to where it is needed, fast, so that our partners can sell more services, and so that their customers\u2019 digital journeys aren\u2019t put on hold for any longer than they already have.<\/p>\n<p>We have grown a partner community that values our ability to be so much more than simply a fibre supplier. We work hard to get to know our partners, the markets they operate in, who their customers are, and what they need to drive their businesses forward.
