However, it should be said that call redirection faults do happen on networks &#8211; both fixed and mobile &#8211; from time to time, although mercifully they&#8217;re usually quite rare. But just for good measure, a member of the operator&#8217;s support staff later confirmed that &#8220;<em><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">this issue doesn&#8217;t relate to a breach<\/span><\/em>&#8221; (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ThreeUKSupport\/status\/1405934378132385796\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Suffice to say that the problems, which appear to have started at around 3pm yesterday, resulted in a mass of complaints across social media. At the time of writing, it remains unclear whether the operator has been able to completely resolve the issue (we&#8217;ll know once more people wake up this morning and start making calls again), although complaints did drop off after around 8pm yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for the operator said (5:06pm yesterday): &#8220;<span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\"><em>We\u2019re currently experiencing technical issues with some calls. Please accept our apologies if you\u2019ve been affected by this, our engineers are working hard to fix it<\/em>.<\/span>&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"responsive-container\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">We\u2019re currently experiencing technical issues with some calls.
