The situation resulted in many people scrambling to try and find their <strong>My Sky Account<\/strong> details, since the ISP now conceals their service status page away from public view.<\/p>\n<p>A Sky spokesperson said: &#8220;<em>We are investigating an issue affecting some <a class=\"shortlink shortlink-86\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/bskyb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" title=\"Sky Broadband\">Sky Broadband<\/a> and Talk customers in Norfolk and Suffolk.
