Customers of UK ISP Virgin Media<\/a>’s home broadband, phone and TV packages should now be able to access O2<\/a>’s Priority app, which is normally exclusive to O2<\/a>’s customers and is a way of rewarding them with various offers from high street brands, tickets and experiences – all at no extra cost.<\/p>\n

The change was already announced last month, although it was initially only linked to Virgin Media<\/a>’s new VOLT<\/strong> packages for existing O2<\/a> customers (here<\/a>). But this week’s development makes it clear that all of Virgin Media<\/a>’s existing broadband, phone and TV customers will now be able to access the Priority app.<\/p>\n

The Priority app will also be enhanced with a series of new offers from Virgin brands. For example, to mark this next step in helping Virgin Media O2 customers enjoy the best of both brands, thousands of prizes, worth more than \u00a3250,000, are being given away via the Priority app this week, including five-star holidays at VM Limited Editions hotels, tickets to an exclusive show from Afrobeats Wizkid and thousands of other prizes from Virgin brands.<\/p>\n

Jeff Dodds, Chief Operating Officer at VMO2, said:<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Bringing Priority, one of the UK\u2019s best and most-celebrated loyalty initiatives, to Virgin Media cable customers was the next logical step after Volt combined the best of both brands to supercharge our offering.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re committed to ensuring our customers have access to the most incredible range of perks in the industry, from popular high street brands to early access to the most sought-after tickets in entertainment.<\/p>\n

To celebrate we\u2019ve got thousands of prizes on offer this week alone \u2013 including the chance to see one of the hottest names in music perform live \u2013 and there is plenty more to come.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
