A large number of complaints can now be found, spread across both social media and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/o2uk\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">O2<\/a>&#8217;s own <a href=\"https:\/\/community.o2.co.uk\/t5\/Pay-Monthly\/bd-p\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Community Forum<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>We&#8217;re having a system issue at the moment that will be affecting your ability to view your bills, our teams are working to fix this as quickly as possible. Please try again later<\/em>,&#8221; said one support agent via Twitter (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/O2\/status\/1465651224611536899\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>). A different member of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/o2uk\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">O2<\/a>&#8217;s support team also informed customers that they would NOT be disconnected during the outage and &#8220;<em>won&#8217;t apply any late payment fees<\/em>&#8221; (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/O2\/status\/1465655441602580487?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>The problem appears to be impacting both O2&#8217;s app and their website-based customer account pages.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bq1\"><p><strong>Sample Complaint 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Am I the only one that can\u2019t pay my airtime bill? On my o2 app it says we can\u2019t display your latest airtime bill please try again later and says the same thing on the website. I can\u2019t call 202 because I haven\u2019t paid and can\u2019t start a conversation because all agents are busy.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"bq1\"><p><strong>Sample Complaint 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019ve been trying to pay my phone bill on the app but it\u2019s not letting me pay it keeps saying something went wrong and same on the website.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"bq1\"><p><strong>Sample Complaint 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I have a problem with my overdue payment. When i try to make a payment it says: &#8220;there&#8217;s been a problem. Try again later.&#8221; I&#8217;ve tried many times but it is always the same. Did anyone have the same problem?
