Some charges are more expensive while others are a little cheaper.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The new price changes for line rental (annual +vat prices) and related phone migrations have been set to reflect the conclusion of appeals against <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/link\/ofcom\" target=\"_blank\">Ofcom<\/a>\u2019s 2012 LLU\/WLR charge control. The move, which is to be <strong>implemented today<\/strong>, will affect both BTWholesale Line Rental (WLR) and unbundled line rental (LLU SMPF \/ MPF) services from third party ISPs like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/tt\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">TalkTalk<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/bskyb\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Sky Broadband<\/a> etc.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bq1\"><p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.openreach.co.uk\/orpg\/home\/products\/pricing\/loadPricingNotifications.do\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Openreach&#8217;s Wholesale Line Rental and LLU Price Changes<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>WLR Basic rental &#8211; price per annum &#8211; \u00a394.75 (old price) &#8211; \u00a393.27 (new price)<br \/>\nLLU MPF rental &#8211; price per annum &#8211; \u00a385.04 (old price) &#8211; \u00a384.26 (new price)<br \/>\nLLU SMPF rental \u2013 price per annum &#8211; \u00a310.40 (old price) &#8211; \u00a39.75 (new price)<br \/>\nLLU MPF Singleton Migration &#8211; \u00a330.82 (old price) &#8211; \u00a330.65 (new price)<br \/>\nLLU SMPF Connection\/Singleton Migration &#8211; \u00a330.82 (old price) &#8211; \u00a330.65 (new price)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Separately <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/link\/openreach\" target=\"_blank\">Openreach<\/a> are also changing both the charge that it raises when an appointment fails due to customer or end user &#8220;<em>issues<\/em>&#8221; and the payment that it pays out to ISPs where an appointment fails because of a mistake or other &#8220;<em>issue<\/em>&#8221; caused by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/link\/openreach\" target=\"_blank\">Openreach<\/a> itself.
