Familiar issues with support, speed and cost are among the primary concerns.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>How would you rate the quality of your ISPs support?<\/strong><br \/>\nGood &#8211; 45%<br \/>\nAverage &#8211; 30.2%<br \/>\nPoor &#8211; 24.6%<\/p>\n<p><strong>How would you rate the quality of your ISPs speed and reliability?<\/strong><br \/>\nGood &#8211; 50%<br \/>\nPoor &#8211; 27.8%<br \/>\nAverage &#8211; 22%<\/p>\n<p><strong>How would you rate your ISPs price?<\/strong><br \/>\nAverage &#8211; 46.3%<br \/>\nExpensive &#8211; 26.9%<br \/>\nAffordable (Cheap) &#8211; 26.7%<\/p>\n<p><strong>Would you recommend your ISP to others?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes &#8211; 47.6%<br \/>\nNo &#8211; 32%<br \/>\nMaybe &#8211; 20.2%<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Word of mouth is a very fluid but powerful tool and one that frequently benefits broadband providers, albeit only those which are able to deliver upon their promises of a good service.
