Internet provider Vispa<\/a> has today announced the launch of its new Business ADSL<\/a> Bonding<\/strong> service, which could in theory “bond<\/em>” up to six separate 20-24Mbps capable ADSL2+ telephone lines together for a significant boost to broadband download and upload speeds.

\nPrice start at \u00a386.00 +vat a month (+ a \u00a3299.99 one-off setup fee) for 2 bonded ADSL<\/a>\/ADSL2+ lines (not load balanced) with “totally uncapped usage allowances<\/em>“. Crucially the monthly price includes both the broadband and telephone line rental.<\/p>\n

Adam Binks, Vispa<\/a>’s Sales & Technical Director, said:<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Vispa recognises the growing demand that businesses have for bandwidth as off-premise IT solutions are becoming more commonly adopted. As usual it’s worth pointing out that you would need to have a good ADSL2+ line (i.e. live close to your telephone exchange) in order to get the most benefit. On top of that bonding solutions usually suffer from a degree of diminishing returns.<\/p>\n
