{"id":35063,"date":"2023-07-14T00:31:17","date_gmt":"2023-07-13T23:31:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/?p=35063"},"modified":"2023-07-14T08:13:20","modified_gmt":"2023-07-14T07:13:20","slug":"tesco-mobile-sky-mobile-and-giffgaff-praised-for-uk-customer-satisfaction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/2023\/07\/tesco-mobile-sky-mobile-and-giffgaff-praised-for-uk-customer-satisfaction.html","title":{"rendered":"Tesco Mobile, Sky Mobile and Giffgaff Praised for UK Customer Satisfaction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instituteofcustomerservice.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Institute of Customer Service<\/a> (ICS) has just published their latest biannual UK Customer Satisfaction Index (July 2023), which finds that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/tescomobile\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Tesco Mobile<\/a> (ranked 7th), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/skymobile\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Sky Mobile<\/a> (ranked 16th) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/giffgaffmobile\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">giffgaff<\/a> (ranked 34th) were the only telecommunications providers to make their table of the top 50 organisations.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The research reflects the results from a large online survey of around 10,000 consumers &#8211; balanced to be representative of the UK adult population, which asked each of them about their experiences of 275 different organisations (a total of 52,000 responses were gathered). This was then used to produce a score out of 100 for each organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, the \u201c<em>Telecommunications &amp; Media<\/em>\u201d sector reported a fall in its general ranking from 76.6 in July 2022 to 75.4 out of 100 today. However, while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/tescomobile\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Tesco Mobile<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/skymobile\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Sky Mobile<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/giffgaffmobile\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">giffgaff<\/a> were the only telecoms (mobile) operators to make it into the top 50 table, it is worth noting that broadband ISP <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/plusnetuk\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Plusnet<\/a> was still named as one of the &#8220;<em>most improved<\/em>&#8221; organisations on 77.1 (up from 73.4 last year).<\/p>\n<p>We should all that all three of the aforementioned Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO) are powered by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/o2uk\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">O2<\/a>&#8217;s (VMO2) national network.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-none\" style=\"padding: 0px; width: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/wp-content\/gallery\/2023-uk-internet-statistics\/2023-H1-Customer-Satisfaction-Survey-UK-Top-50-Companies.png\" alt=\"2023-H1-Customer-Satisfaction-Survey-UK-Top-50-Companies\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Institute of Customer Service (ICS) has just published their latest biannual UK Customer Satisfaction Index (July 2023), which finds that Tesco Mobile (ranked 7th), Sky Mobile (ranked 16th) and giffgaff (ranked 34th) were the only telecommunications providers to make their table of the top 50 organisations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":23049,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"ngg_post_thumbnail":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[150,84,66],"class_list":["post-35063","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uk_isp_news","tag-awards","tag-plusnet","tag-sky-broadband"],"share_on_mastodon":{"url":"","error":""},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 -
