On top of that the ISP has also confirmed that its fixed line broadband services will shortly be merged with another company.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The ISP is understood to have stopped its paid web hosting services on <strong>15th July 2013<\/strong>, which also included their FREE hosting accounts and email addresses. As a result anybody with an email address that ends in <em>@username.titandsl.co.uk<\/em> or <em>@titanmail.org.uk <\/em>has been told to secure a new address (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tsohost.com\" target=\"_blank\">TSOHOST<\/a> has been recommended by the ISP as an alternative).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bq1\"><p><strong>TitanADSL Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>All data held on our servers will be deleted so please backup emails and web site files. If you require support please email us as we don\u2019t provide phone support for hosting accounts: support@titanadsl.co.uk<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Best regards<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>TitanADSL<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Separately ISPreview.co.uk also queried TitanADSL about whether or not the move would impact\u00a0its broadband service and concerns over the effectiveness of their telephone and email support, which a few customers have previously complained about (slow email responses and no answer to the phone etc.).<\/p>\n<p>In terms of broadband, TitanADSL confirmed that the service wasn&#8217;t closing but that they were merging with another company and would release more information within the next few weeks.
