Otherwise all they ask is that when you receive a replacement router, on a free next day courier delivery, that you return your original one (assuming it\u2019s become faulty). In fairness this is not dissimilar to the policy of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/bskyb\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Sky Broadband<\/a> and some other big consumer focused ISPs.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bq1\"><p><strong>FastNet&#8217;s MD, Joseph Kerr, says<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>This is a great way to add value to our customers, in a lot of ways we were doing this before but now we\u2019ve decided it\u2019s time to formalise the process and shout about it.
