Customers of broadband ISP BT<\/a>, specifically those who still use their email service (BT<\/a> Mail), are this morning reporting login problems when trying to access their accounts via webmail. But access is currently still working for those trying to access the service via the App or third-party email clients, such as Outlook Express and Thunderbird etc.<\/p>\n

The issues appear to have started after 8am this morning and a brief service status report<\/a> (credits to Thinkbroadband<\/a>) on BT’s website states: “We’re aware of login issues with BT Mail on webmail and you may not be able to login until this is resolved. We\u2019re working to get them sorted as soon as possible. You can still access BT Mail via the App or other clients such as Outlook Express<\/em>.”<\/p>\n

Customers who ran into this issue today reported seeing a “too many requests<\/em>” error when attempting to login to their emails. But the good news is that BT’s support teams are just now reporting that the problem “has now been fixed<\/em>“.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
